1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
2 cups water & 2 beef bouillon cubes
Chopped onions
1 cup Sour Cream
3 cups of uncooked egg noodles
1/2 cup water if necessary
In skillet, brown meat and cook onion. Gradually blend in remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer until noodles are done. Add more water as needed. Stir often.
Kim and I love this! We have made this every couple weeks since we have been married. Yummers!
